Estimated Shipping Times

Items are shipped within 7-10 days after payment is received.
Items are shipped using USPS Standard Mail. Upgrades are available during check out for items to be mailed using USPS Priority Mail.

Free shipping is available for standard delivery for orders over $100 within the US. Priority Mail Upgrade is available at checkout. All overseas shipping charges are kept to the minimum possible.

Due to current shipping carrier slow downs, your orders will be shipped in a timely manner but may take additional time to be delivered to you, this is due to the carrier, not our store.

 

Notes:

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed. 

 

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

4) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.

 

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the method of shipping chosen. These are:

US ►3-5 days Standard or 1-2 days Priority Mail
International ► 2-8 weeks Standard and 1-2 weeks Priority Mail

 

Customs and Import Taxes

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays or charges due to customs.

Non delivery/ Delivery problems

Londe Company is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. Londe Company is not responsible for delayed or missing packages. If a delivery gets returned to Londe Company due to a faulty address or if the address the customer puts on the order is wrong, then the customer is responsible for any re-shipping charges. If the address entered at the time of the purchase is incorrect or a previous residence, please message us with the correct address promptly. If the package has been mailed before any address change has been made known Londe Company is not responsible for replacing.
